You Don't Have to Keep Holding Everything Together

Online therapy for anxious, overwhelmed women in California and Oregon using CBT, Brainspotting, Art Therapy, mindfulness, and somatic healing.

“Ashley is amazing and I really value the sessions we had together! Overall, this has been my most successful therapy experience…”

“...She has been one of the best therapists I have ever had and I am so grateful for her!”

A Space to Exhale.

From the outside, it might look like you're holding it all together. But inside, you're exhausted from overthinking, carrying everyone else's needs, and feeling like your mind never truly rests.

I provide online therapy for adults in California and Oregon who are ready to move beyond anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, and life transitions. Together, we'll create a personalized approach using CBT, Brainspotting, Art Therapy, mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic practices to help you regulate your nervous system, reconnect with yourself, and create lasting change.

You don't have to keep doing it all alone.

Helping women regulate their nervous systems, heal from chronic stress, and reconnect with themselves.

My Specialties

  • Art Therapy

Not everything we carry can be explained with words. Sometimes your brain needs a different language and creativity can be that language. Art therapy uses colors, images, movement, and creative expression to help you explore emotions, reduce stress, and better understand yourself. And don’t worry, there’s no judgment here. Stick figures, scribbles, and “I haven’t made art since elementary school” are all welcome.

  • Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a trauma-informed, body-based therapy that helps you explore the connection between your brain, body, and emotions. Using eye positions connected to specific feelings or experiences, it can support the processing of distressing memories, emotional patterns, anxiety, and stress. This approach allows us to work beyond traditional talk therapy.

  • CBT Therapy

Your thoughts are powerful. And when anxiety takes over, your brain can become really good at creating worst-case scenarios, replaying conversations, and convincing you that everything needs to be figured out right now. CBT helps you give those thought patterns a little makeover. We’ll learn how to spot anxious thinking, challenge what isn’t serving you, and create new ways of responding.

  • Mindfulness Therapy

Mindfulness is about learning how to come back to yourself; especially in moments when anxiety, stress, or overwhelm take over. Together, we’ll practice practical tools you can use anywhere to create more calm, awareness, and emotional balance. Learn how to slow down, notice your thoughts and emotions with more compassion. These skills can help you feel more grounded, present, and connected in your everyday life.

Hey, I’m Ash!

Finding the right therapist can feel like a lot because this work is personal. You’re not just looking for someone with the right credentials; you’re looking for someone you feel comfortable with, someone who gets it, and someone you can trust.

So, here’s a little about me: I’m the therapist who may show up with a pirate mug (yes, I love pirates, kombucha, and Disneyland), but I’m also someone who deeply understands the weight of anxiety and what it feels like when your mind never seems to quiet down.

I’m passionate about helping people move from overwhelm and survival mode toward feeling more grounded, connected, and in control of their lives. Using approaches like CBT, Brainspotting, Art Therapy, mindfulness, and somatic practices, we’ll create a personalized path that supports meaningful, lasting change.

I offer convenient telehealth sessions throughout California and Oregon, with a warm, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are.

All you have to do is start.

Start by showing up. Take a breath. Give yourself permission to slow down and see what it feels like to have a space that is truly yours.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. Together, we’ll take things one step at a time. Building awareness, creating new tools, and making space for meaningful change.

Therapy is a place to pause, reconnect with yourself, and begin creating a life that feels more grounded, intentional, and aligned.

It will all start to fall into place.

I know it. I believe in it for you and I got you in all of this.

AND you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
